This app help you to create your own custom form with drag & drop fields. You can easily add the fields, change their position on the form and mark it required if needed. Form settings are easy to use and you can setup email specific auto responder emails. You can send the form data to the multiple users as well as set BCC according to your requirements. We provide the facility to set the sender email address as well as a subject.

You can put form using shortcode or static HTML. No third party iframe call so it will not affect site loading speed using this app.

Add Conditional Email

Just need to set the Email Address when you add a field and a form will send an Email based on select-box/checkbox/radio button selection.
