Change content of customer’s auto-response email notification

Step to manage

  1. From the admin side of the app, click Form > select a particular form that you want to set up the auto-response email notification to customers.
  2. From the form page, click the Settings tab > Mail
  3. Click Auto-Responder option
  4. Change the content of this email by using provided variables.
  5. Click Save to finish.

In the Auto Response template, you can change that in the Content box – see the below screenshot:

Click Save to update the changes
