Change content of customer’s auto-response email notification
Step to manage
- From the admin side of the app, select a particular form that you want to set up the auto-response email notification to customers.
- From the form page, click the Settings tab > Mail
- Click Auto-Responder option
- Change the content of this email by using provided variables.
- Click Save to finish.
How to change the email address appearing at the bottom of this email content?
You can change that in the Content box – see the below screenshot:
