Change form’s background

Steps to manage 

1. From admin site of the app, click  Forms > open the form you want to edit
2. Click Appearance icon on the left side > Background dropdown > select one option  Color or Image 
3. If you select Color, click button Background below to select background color
4. If you select image, add Background image url to the field below
5. Save form
