Change form’s background

Steps to manage 

1. From admin site of the app, select a specific form that you want to configure
2. Click Settings tab > Appearance >Background dropdown > select one option  Color or Image 
3. If you select Color, click button Background below to select background color
4. If you select image, add Background image url to the field below
5. Save form
