Steps to manage
1. In the app, click Forms > open the form you want to configure or you can create a new form
2. Click Appearance icon on the left side > select Layout > Float
4. Scroll down to below and change the settings for the floating form: select Floating Icon, add Floating text, select Position
5. Click Save
