Please follow our instructions to edit the thank you message that shows up after the form is submitted.
Step to manage
1. In the app, click Forms > open the form you want
2. Click After submit icon on the left side > select Hide form or Clear form option
3. Edit content of thank you message in the Message box
4. Save form to apply changes
