Display a form on a specific page

Activate app embeds on your theme

To show the form on the front store, firstly please make sure that the app embeds is activated on your theme.

1. From the admin app, click Theme Setup 
2. Select a theme to install the app > click Go to Themes > App embeds button
3. Activate app embeds of Globo Form Builder in Theme editor
4. Click Save

Now it shows that you enable the app embeds successfully in the app.

Add form code to page content

Approach 1

1.From admin app, click Forms > open a form you want to display

2. Edit and save the form as your desire

3. Copy the shortcode of the form above the preview form.

4. Or go to Publish tab > Other pages > select other publication types > copy form code

4. Go to the Shopify admin page, click Themes > Pages, open to the page detail you want to add the form

5. Paste the form code in the page content

6. Save the page to apply the change.

There are 3 types here:

• Embed code
• Short code
• Lightbox
• Popup

4. Tick on Add short code to page checkbox.

5. Select page and select position on page to show the form

6. Click Save.
