Track the form submissions in Google Analytics

Please follow our below instruction to track the submissions via Google Analytics

1. From the app admin page, click Forms > open the form you want to edit
2. Click Settings > After submit
3. In Action field, select Redirect to page
4. In Redirect URL field, enter the URL of the target page
5. Tick on checkbox Enable Google Analytics > enter Event Category, Action, Label 
6. Click Save

After customers submit the form, it will redirect to the page you added and this page will track Google Analytics.
