Why does the number of products on the collection appear incorrectly?

First, you should synchronize the product data. Follow these 2 steps to do the synchronization:

1. Access “Smart product filter” app from Shopify app list:

2. In the app’s dashboard, click on the “Sync Now” button. Note: The synchronization process normally takes few minutes, so please be patient 🙂

If it still mismatches after synchronizing successfully, please check again the number of “unavailable products on sale channel” on the admin. These unavailable products won’t be displayed in the product list on the website. Below is an example of the unavailable product:

In other word, the products showing up on the website have to be available for sales.
